Eligibility
- Age 25–65
- Self-reported shoulder discomfort during overhead activity in the past 6 months
- Able to complete survey in English
Exclusions
- Recent shoulder surgery within 12 months
- Currently enrolled in another shoulder interventional trial
Consent requirements
- Electronic informed consent before survey access
- Explicit opt-in for optional wearable data
Data requested
- Survey responses about activity and shoulder symptoms
- Optional wearable step count export (if connected)

- DEMO: Minimal risk; survey may prompt reflection on symptoms
